1. Hands-on, in-house training at the retailer's place of business. These training sessions can cover any subject that the store owner wishes. Training sessions can range, at the store owner's option, from 4 hour (half-day) to one week. David Benbow, the book author, will personally oversee all the training sessions.
2. Store management and operation consultation, also with David Benbow. Dave will visit your store and offer critical evaluations of all phases of your operation.

Dave is the author of the book How to Win the Battle for Mattress Sales, the Bed Seller's Manual. Dave is a veteran of 23 years in the mattress and bedding business, as Retail Sales Associate, Store Manager, Sales Trainer, and fifteen years as a Store Owner.
